This Victorian property in Muswell Hill, Haringey has been fully renovated and given a full plan basement extension by Mulroy Architects.  It is an inspiring project and a great example of the creative minds of architects and how they can take a brick and repurpose it in ways we, the brick makers, have never thought of!  Mulroy Architects explain, “We used a standard Ketley Staffordshire blue plinth special to create a decorative pattern that brings shadow and texture to a side return”on the new extension.  The architects used a combination of standard internal plinth returns and plinth stretchers to create this wonderful textured wall and they have certainly added some WOW factor!
