Located on the historic site of the former Combe & Co. brewery, once an 18th Century powerhouse of the city’s thriving porter industry,  the scheme includes a number of historic buildings at Neal Street, Mercers Lane and Shelton Street which have been remodelled to provide a Guinness Brewery experience in the heart of London.

The redevelopment celebrates the area’s rich brewing heritage, retaining Georgian and Victorian architectural hallmarks such as tall arched windows, iron columns and brick‑arched basements while introducing a contemporary, creative brewing hub.  Ketley's Staffordshire blue brick sized quarry tiles have been used to complement the building’s industrial character, providing a robust, heritage‑authentic material that aligns with the site’s historic fabric.
